It reminded me a little of being back in Patagonia today, it certainly got a little draughty as the day wore on, more surfing kind of weather than for the delicate art of fly casting.
Out with Mike today on the lower river, I have to say in all that wind he was putting some very good casts out.
Some really impressive D-loops!
It was a pleasure to watch someone dealing with that sort of wind and not complaining or hearing those words when a light breeze gets up “time to get the spinning rod out”. Had a great day with you Mike, great company and enthusiasm!
